Almost 20 years later, VCP SALES has joined forces to launch the SCC Wax Wraps for both above and below ground use on Pipes, Flanges, Valves, Vaults and more to “fill the voids” in every aspect. SCC WAX Wrap offers the marketplace another option, as an 80 mil coating, without clay fillers that is UV stable, 100% solids, passive, no VOCS and environmentally friendly. SCC Wax Wraps have been formulated to provide best in class protection w/o the petroleum desolates (smells) so often associated with wax tapes.

SCC Wax Wrap 80U-Is an 80 mil, environment-friendly, long term solution to the corrosion prevention of Belowground metal structures without becoming brittle overtime. 80U is a belowground wax wrap that is a petroleum based compound impregnated into a non-woven synthetic carrier that provides indefinite external corrosion protection. It easily conforms to irregular shaped profiles and is easily applied over wet or dry substrate. VOC Free and Non-toxic.
SCC Wax Wrap 80A- Is an 80 mil petroleum based wax wrap that is environment-friendly as a long term solution to the corrosion prevention of Aboveground metal structure. Protects pipes, fittings, bridge crossings and beyond without becoming brittle overtime. The SCC 80A is UV resistant and shows excellent chemical resistance. A highly conformable coating, designed for protection from corrosion. Suitable for wet and humid environments and is also cold-weather pliable. VOC free and non-toxic making it idea for vaults and confined space applications as well.
SCC PrimeGuard-Conditions the metal structure by displacing any surface moisture in preparation for
the SCC Wax Wrap. Used as the 1st step for the above Wax Wraps application, PrimeGuard is a carefully curated formula of petroleum-based wax, plasticizers and moisture-displacing corrosion inhibiting compounds.
SCC PrimeGuard 250-is a high viscosity version of PrimeGuard developed for aboveground & belowground applications with elevated-ambient temperature and hot surfaces.
SCC Pro Putty- Petroleum based anti-corrosive profile putty to mold around irregular surfaces, voids and crevices for an even application of the Wax Wrap 80A and 80U. Applied over wet or dry surfaces with no cure time.
