SCC Wax Patch is a non-toxic, non-shielding patch developed for spot protection where a full wrap is impractical.
The petrolatum and microcrystalline wax blend adheres and conforms tightly to the substrate, sealing Cadwelds, pin braze connections and coating holidays with no mixing and no cure time.
Application
Remove patch from cardboard carrier. Minimum surface prep: SSPCSP2.
Apply patch with the wax-blend (adhesive side) face down on surface.
Press to conform while making sure entirety of patch, including each edge, is in contact with surface.
No cure time needed.
