Established in 2018, VCP Sales exists to advance and distribute innovative products for the asset integrity and pipeline industries with a focus on coatings and corrosion prevention. VCP is the exclusive global distributor of SCC Wax Wraps and their associated corrosion prevention products, as well as a senior distributor of VISCOTAQ coatings and sealants. VCP Sales is also the inaugural distributor of PCS Epoxy & F.U.R.S. Composite systems. MontiPower Tools rounds out VCP's product offerings with their range of surface preparation tools.
John Glass, Founder & President
The Person Behind VCP Sales
For over 11 years, John was the face of Amcorr, the manufacturer and developer of the Viscotaq product line in the US marketplace. Around the time VISCOTAQ was acquired by Denso North America, he founded VCP Sales to apply everything that the launch of the Viscotaq product line taught him to a broader mission. The first line he added was from Superior Corrosion Control, SCC Wax Wrap, for which he secured the exclusive distributor and sales arm role.
The focus of VCP Sales developed around taking what John learned from more than a decade at the forefront of introducing the visco-elastic coating technology and applying that experience to new products and technologies.

John still works on the manufacturer side of the industry as Sales Manager at FURS Composite, Sales Director at MontiPower Americas, and Business Development at Pipeline Coatings Systems, giving VCP Sales a direct line into product development rather than a catalog to read from.
